Dan, a lifelong resident of the Willamette Valley area, understands the special needs of living and being a homeowner in Marion and Polk Counties. Dan has served on several committees and is known as "an advocate" for real estate consumers. He has managed a physical plant of large conference facilities and worked in residential, and commercial construction. With his extensive construction and inspection background, Dan brings a broad base of knowledge to your inspection. 

Dan has dedicated nearly twenty years to the inspection industry. As founder and president of Inspections Unlimited in 1989, Dan has created a comprehensive inspection and reporting system that provides you with a wealth of information "Helping you make Informed Decisions" about your real estate.

Dan worked extensively helping to establish the criteria for the Oregon Home Inspector Certification program and proudly holds certification #003.
